- No accounts, nothing stored: This site has no membership or accounts, and no form that sends data to our server.
- Initial review: What you type into the initial review section and the tasks you pick are not stored on the site or our server. When you choose “Send on WhatsApp” or “Send by Email”, a ready-made message opens in your own app, and you send it yourself.
- The contact card: Before you continue to WhatsApp or email from a link on the page, we ask for your name, company and email. These are only added to the message you send; your browser remembers them for the session.
- Messages: We process the messages you send us and the information you share in the initial review to handle your request. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract (Turkish Law No. 6698, Article 5/2-c). This information is shared only within our team and, as far as the work requires, with our partners in the group.
- Systems we build: Data in the systems we build for you stays under your control. For support and maintenance we access it only with your permission and only as far as the work requires, and access is logged.
- The game: The fijitaliz game doesn't ask for your name, phone or email; your reward code reaches us only if you write to us.

Cookie-free visit counting
To understand how much the pages are read, we count visits without cookies and without recognising you. When a page opens, and when the share, contact or quote button is pressed, only this reaches our server: the page path, the event name and the kind of site you came from (search engine, social network, direct and so on). Your IP address, browser fingerprint and identity are not kept; records are stored as daily totals and cannot be matched to a person.
Use within the group
uğurböceği fikir ve marka aklı owns the brands uğurböceği, fijitaliz and tecrübe dedikleri and is the data controller of all three sites. When you fill in a form on one of our sites, your details are kept in a shared, access-restricted record so that what one person writes to us can be seen in one place. This record:
- Is used only to handle your request, answer you consistently and avoid asking you twice.
- Is visible to each brand's staff only for that brand; the whole record is open only to the group's authorised managers, and every access is logged.
- Is used to tell you about another of our brands only with your explicit consent (the optional box on the form). Without it, your details stay with the brand you wrote to.
- Is never sold or rented to anyone outside the group.
News and promotional e-mails
Promotional and newsletter e-mails are sent only with the separate consent you tick; consent is registered with the Turkish commercial message system (iys) as required. You can withdraw it at any time through the link in every e-mail or by writing to us, free of charge.
Transfers abroad
The sites, records and e-mail delivery run on providers whose servers may be outside Türkiye (Cloudflare; an e-mail delivery provider). Such transfers are made with the safeguards required by law no. 6698 (standard contracts and the provider's data processing commitments). If ai-assisted tools are used in future: your name, e-mail and phone are not sent unless necessary, the data is not used by the provider to train models, and no decision is taken solely by automated processing; a person decides.
Invitations and referrals
When a client or participant refers you, or our team invites you, we process your name and (if given) your title, company, e-mail address and phone. The purpose is to send you a single invitation notice and match your code with your request; the legal basis is legitimate interest (law no. 6698, article 5/2-f). You receive no other message; a WhatsApp message comes from the referrer's own phone. If the code is not used, your details are deleted 30 days after it expires. The referrer declares on the form that they know you and share your details for this purpose only.
Retention
- Quote requests that don't lead to work: contact details deleted after 24 months.
- Unsuccessful applications and unselected reader answers: one year; unconfirmed reader forms: 60 days.
- Unpublished comments: 180 days.
- Daily visit totals (no personal data): 25 months.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights under article 11 of law no. 6698 (access, correction, erasure, objection and others). When you ask us to delete your data, your record is deleted from all our brands at once; records we must keep by law are kept without your identity. Requests are answered within 30 days.
